Conferences and Meetings

Castle Hill is an exclusive and convenient venue for Conferences and Meetings, about 30 minutes from Junction 27 of the M5 motorway and Tiverton Parkway Railway Station and one hour from Exeter and Bristol International Airports.

The Red Room can cater for up to 80 delegates in theatre style or 32 for spacious boardroom meetings. Smaller groups of 12 can use the Arran Room.

The newly-refurbished West Wing is a large open space seating up to 150 people. This can be used for larger conferences, exhibitions and product launches. We are also able to accommodate up to 300 guests in a Marquee on the West Lawn.

During breaks, delegates may relax in the beautiful Millennium Garden or stroll through the woods.

Day delegate rate (minimum 20 guests) to include:

• Use of West Wing or Red Room for conference or meeting
• Morning coffee and biscuits
• 2-course Hot or Cold Buffet Lunch
• Afternoon tea and cake
• Mineral Water and soft drinks
• Flipchart and Pens

From £45.00 plus VAT per person

We can also provide state-of-the-art audio visual equipment including data projectors, screens, P.A systems, staging etc. Prices available on request.
