Corporate Events at Castle Hill
Conferences and Meetings
Castle Hill is an exclusive and convenient venue for Conferences and Meetings, about 30 minutes from Junction 27 of the M5 motorway and Tiverton Parkway Railway Station and one hour from Exeter and Bristol International Airports.
The Red Room can cater for up to 80 delegates in theatre style or 32 for spacious boardroom meetings. Smaller groups of 12 can use the Arran Room.
The newly-refurbished West Wing is a large open space seating up to 150 people. This can be used for larger conferences, exhibitions and product launches. We are also able to accommodate up to 300 guests in a Marquee on the West Lawn.
During breaks, delegates may relax in the beautiful Millennium Garden or stroll through the woods.

- Use of West Wing or Red Room for conference or meeting
- Morning coffee and biscuits
- 2-course Hot or Cold Buffet Lunch
- Afternoon tea and cake
- Mineral Water and soft drinks

Corporate team building venue
The beautiful Castle Hill estate is ideal for a corporate team building venue in Devon, either combined with a meeting or conference or as a stand-alone day. Reception and morning coffee takes place in the Grand Hall, followed by activities on the estate. Lunch and afternoon tea is served in the West Wing or Red Dining Room.
We can organise all kinds of team building activities, from clay shooting to quad bike treks, themed team challenges to treasure hunts. Our excellent team building supplier, Rhodes Event Management (see www.rhodes-events.co.uk) will provide an action-packed and fun-filled day to meet your objectives.
